Return Policy
Due to nature of perishable food products/custom printed
products. Returns are not
accepted. We guarantee you will receive new product, not
product previously shipped.
Yo Yo Balloon Return Policy
(APPLIES TO YO YO BALLOONS ONLY): Returns accepted
within 14 days from date of purchase. RMA # (Return
Merchandise Authorization) required to receive credit.
Contact us to receive RMA #. Product must be in new
condition to receive credit. 20% re-stocking fee applies.
Shortages/Damaged Cases
Count the number of cases before signing for
delivery. Note any shortage or damaged cases on delivery
paperwork. Notify us within 24 hours of any shortage or
damaged cases. |
