Our Car Wash
Fundraiser Card Program is perfect for any
size group and will lead to a successful car
wash! Every seller is responsible for
"doing their part" - selling 5 cards (one
packet). These colorful custom cards will
promote your car wash fundraiser around the
community and build group spirit! This is
the product that allows you to expand your
fundraiser beyond the traffic going by on
the day of the wash.
Order
CARWASH Fundraiser Cards
Place Order a minimum of 2 weeks prior to
Car Wash
You'll need to have the following information
● Card Quantity
● Card Color
● Per Card Selling Price
● CARWASH Date
● CARWASH Hours
● CARWASH Location
● 'If Rain' Date
Order will ship out within 3-5 business days
Distribution & Collection Date
Allow 1-2 weeks for selling. For
example, distribute on a Friday and make collection
one week from Monday. You know you group best -
selling over one weekend may be enough time. Make
the collection date at least 3 days before the
CARWASH, this way you any unsold cards can be
shuffled to a group member who is asking for more to
sell.
Scheduling
Split the day into 2 shifts.
For example 8am – 11am and 11am-2pm. Have half of
your group members work one shift, while the other
half work the other.
Card Handling
Mark cards with permanent pen to show the card has
been redeemed for a CARWASH.
"Drive
Up" Business
You have your profit from card
sales in hand, but there is the opportunity for more
group profit. To be fair to all supporters, charge
“drive up” cars your per card selling price. We
suggest accepting additional tips as well, place 1
or 2 'Tips Welcomed' sign in waiting area.

Plan a special activity or event for the group after
all their effort. Don't forget to thank your
location contact, local businesses who donated
money/merchandise, and anyone else who helped
